- Clean bathroom and entryway — guests see these first
Day Before
- Make any sauces, dressings, or desserts that hold
- Set the table fully — including water glasses and serving spoons
- Chill white wine and any sparkling drinks
Day Of — Afternoon
- Prep all vegetables and protein up to the cooking step
- Light a candle 30 min before guests arrive — sets mood
- Shower and get dressed before kitchen mode
Day Of — Last Hour
